Etsy Free Giveaway

If you haven’t heard of Etsy before, I’m not sure how you’ve pulled that off.  It’s one of the most popular websites to buy and sell homemade items.  As a photographer and a mother of two, I find myself on this website almost every day, browsing for items I really don’t need…but they are so darn adorable, and surprisingly afforable, how can one resist?!

Meet Lisa.  She has an Esty Shop named Bubblegirl.  She sells the most ADORABLE handmade knitted items for newborns and children…and a tons of props that most photographers drool over.

Lisa has been knitting for over 30 years and crocheting for 20. Her mother taught her how to knit when she was 5 years old.  She taught herself how to crochet as a teenager, and loves both forms of needlework equally.

Most of the items in her shop are made-to-order and ship within 7-10 days of receiving payment.  Because Lisa is located in Canada, US customers should allow at least a 1-2 weeks for shipping.

Melanie’s Maternity/Boudoir

This gorgeous girl has only 5 more weeks to go until her due date…but you could never tell!  Seriously.  Who looks this good at 35 weeks pregnant?!!  So unfair!!  Stay tuned for her newborn photos next month.  And the gender is a surprise…my guess is a girl.  OK, so maybe I’m just hoping for a girl since I’ve only had newborn boys so far

Meet Andrew.  13 days old.  9 lbs 1 oz at birth!  He is a big boy….but oh so adorable!

Mr. Sun…Where Did You Go?

It’s so dark and gloomy here.  I’ve been wanting to try to take some Valentine’s pictures of the girls but I’m waiting for the sun to make an appearance.

Hurry up, Mr. Sun!  Enough with this depressing weather.

The “Y” Family

Yesterday afternoon I met up with the “Y” family downtown at Discovery Green.  It was such a beautiful day to go to the park….and a perfect day for a photo session.  I absolutely love this park…so many bright colors!  And how cute is this family?!  Their adorable son is about to turn one.

Splish Splash

Katelyn and Lauren had fun splashing around in the tub today….and of course I had to take some photos.  I don’t remember the last bath time photo I took of Lauren.  Probably not since she was a newborn!
